I'm trying to get my 35 Hudson Eight back on the road for the 2009 National and am in need of a running pre 1948 Hudson 8 engine(narrow block). Does anybody have one they would like to sell? I'm in the Milwaukee area.

From what I found inside my running 40 eight, you should at least take it apart and inspect it before running it.



Cracked piston, spun cam bearings and 3 bad mains. Fixed er up and it runs great now but it wouldn't have lasted around the block.
