looks like a 31 to me, but it looks as if someone has taken a drill bit to the rear of the body or was it someone that had steady hand with a machine gun LOL

cant tell if 30 or 31 but looks like a brougham(longwheel base, no external sunvisor & the holes around the back are from the fixings for the strips that cover the edge of the top fabric)had wire wheels & 6 wheel equiped
