Parking Winshield Wipers

There's a little hook that keeps them on the serrated post. Unhook it and rotate to another serration.0

I am familiar with the type of serrated post you are talking about, my Hudson does not appear to have that type. I have had other orphan cars that had a screw adjustment on the vacuum motor which allowed you to change the parking position, this motor does not have that either. Can you adjust it by the cables?0

The "Hudson Body Service Manual 1948 -1954" gives the same procedure as Uncle Josh gave for your problem. The only other adjusment is spring tension. This adjusment is for over-travel or under-travel of the wiper blade. After this adjusment, if the wiper does not park right, you relocate the wiper arms on the serrated post. Try removing the arms from the serrated posts and then re-install them in the right position.0

Thank you, I was able to move them and adjust them, now they are perfect.0
