1947 rear axle oil seals

Does anybody have current part numbers for the inner and outer rear axle oil seals for a 1947 Commodore.

    The outer rear axle oil seals are Chicago Rawhide and NAPA 17310 or National 43071S. The inner rear axle oil seals are hard to find. If you can give me the Axle Shaft Size and Housing Bore Size I might be able to find a seal.
