On the way to the National this summer, I stopped to visit two sets of friends / relatives. At each visit I gave rides to kids (aged 11-14) in my Terraplane.

Get those Hudsons out to car shows!

And take a kid for a ride in your Hudson! Ya gotta start 'em young!

Great pic Jon, and nice ride! I can't agree more, get the kids involved and go to more shows. Like I said in an earlier post, I was the only Hudson in over 500 cars at the last show I went to.

Here is a pic of my boy who is ready to take mine out for a spin.

    Nice pic!

Those Terraplanes are beautiful looking cars...every current Auto Designer in Detroit should be required to have a Hudson tattoed to the inside of their eyelids so when they sleep they see only Hudsons ~ Then they might design a nice looking car again :D

    Dan-

You used the word "design". That's the trouble these days, except for a couple of examples, there is no more "design" in Detroit. There was an article in Road and Track or Car and Driver recently where they showed 20 or 25 new, different makes and models of cars, all silver, and every one of them looked exactly the same. If you removed the insignias, most folks probably couldn't even identify model, let alone make.
