Not my cup of tea. I think Hudson did a better job with the design stuff. anyone seen a chopped top sedan? Since Glen Johnson, here in Utah, bought his 49 chopped coupe I have been kidding him about chopping the top on my sedan. Would be nice to see how one would look...0

im not into it either with the 350/ jag bits, i just posted it up there to put a cracker under dans arse to get his suicide doors working! maybe i'll see it at a show and can take photos if it is sold to one of us "mexicans"0

Hope it works. I am about six to eight months out before I do the doors on my 39 custom convertible. Dan might learn something in the process that will help me. If he does not get his done by the time mine are hung I'll post a photo and we can both give him grief.

Hey, the steering wheel's on the wrong side? Does that mean you have to have a left-handed glovebox? See, that just wouldn't work for me . . I'm right-handed!
Suicide doors are o.k. . . . now a coupe with suicide doors, that WOULD be cool.:cool:0 -
yeah the glovebox wont work for you, so stick in your hemishpere and she'll be right, haha. im left handed so the glovebox isnt a hassle but having the shifter on the right of the column is! (well not really but never let the truth get in the way of a good line)0

Hi Everyone,
Newbie here, I just bought that black 52 from ebay, I will post up some photos of the suicide doors if anyone is interested, they actually did a good job of that, the rest however needs a good tidy up. There is rust in the trunk floor and rear chassis so that is getting fixed and a whole clean up of the car, I should have it back by the end of feb.
New to Hudson's but not to classic cars, I just sold my 56 chevy belair hardtop as I needed a change. I am looking forward to getting this car on the road and cruising.
Will be visiting thsi forum often now that I have found it.
Cheers,
Adam

Adam-
Well, good for you and congratulations and welcome to the forum! Cool car- glad you're putting the effort in it to "make it right" and keep it on the road. I'm sure you'll have a blast once you're behind the wheel (even if it is on the wrong side) and cruisin'!0 -
