My computer monitor gave up the ghost recently, and Staples had a big sale on 17 inch monitors, so I sprung for one. Didn't realize that they just make it wider, not taller to compensate. So that green Brougham that looks long and low on your computer, looks about 67 feet long on mine! And gorgeous!0

They were 67 feet long. Compare the size of the car to the people at the left hand side.
BTW, AaronD on the forum here has done a spread sheet on all the cars listed in the HET club roster. That should show, at least to some degree, how rare a 52 Wasp Brougham is.0 -

We have a 52 Wasp brougham, poor shape, but I have not been able to find one at the nationals for several years. Not sure about rare, but still a real nice design, wish ours was new. Hudsonly, Bob Parks0

And would you have a picture of that Brougham?0 -
Charlie Ackel has several Wasp Broughams sitting in his backyard in San Jose, with the windows down and the hoods up for years.0

According to the last roster the club has 7 '52 Wasp Broughams. (specifically identified as such. Also 6 '52 Pacemaler Broughams. They made a lot less Pacemakers that year though. 7,000-something. That year the two models co-existed but really they were transitioning that 119" WB over to the Wasp. Weather it's valuable or not is for people to decide. It was the base model, no frills, entry-level Hudson. But yep it sure looks chopped withough the chopping.0

Is there something in the roster that states how many of each type car is registered with the club? If so what page? I can't find it... Thanks0 -

I've always been told that breakdown by models/year has been lost . . .0 -
No you can't find it because I painstakingly took the entire 2005-2007 and put it on a spreadsheet correcting all the mistakes (and there were a lot). I also compared it to the membership directors version from which it was printed. The only other way is to contact the registry keeper of a certain year and ask them. However bear in mind this is only what members bothers to report in both cases. There may or may not be more "out there".
As far the original production figures breakdown by model does exist but not by body style. Check Butler's book.0 -
So Aaron, can you share the spreadsheet that you came up with? I understand that it is not all inclusive but it would certainly be interesting to see.0
