OD switch needed

I need an "Switch, overdrive control" Hudson PN 301755. Thats the reverse lockout switch that is mounted with two screws on the back of the OD transmission. 48-54 are the same. Mine is intermittant. I'll try cleaning it up, but with my luck I'll need a new one by the time I finish "fixing it" ..:)

Dave, Try "Jeepsterman" . I think he has a website . The lockout switch is for a jeep tranny but it's a Borg so I believe it will work. Same for the Ford OD trannys of the same vintage. Dennis Carpenter mayhave that part I don't know. Good luck.

Thanks for the sources. Also thanks to a generous forum member, I have one on the way... as soon as the mails start to move again!

I did mange to clean the old one up without killing it. Still. it's unreliable.
