Seat back to package tray angle?

I'm going to have a friend make up a bracket for my 53 Hornet Sedan package tray to hold a car club plaque, but I don't want to drill through the tray. I found a screw I can use to hold it in one place behind the armrest, but he wants to know the angle of the bend. Basically, the screw points out the front windshield and the bracket will bend over the edge and sit on the vinyl cover. It's close to a 90 degree bend but more open, probably between 70 and 80 degrees. I don't have one of those plastic angle finder things and I have to leave town for work.

Anybody have an angle finder and the backseat taken out that could check for me?

Any help would be appreciated.

The best I can measure is 68*. If you need a closer measurement I can do it on Wednesday when I have time to remove the vinyl cover on the package tray. The seat was already out when I took the 68* measurement.
