    It is if it's complete & unbroken, hopefully not pitted.

    If broken usually costs more to repair it than finding another that is intact.

    I don't have the base, just the 'bird'. It's got minor pitting on most of it. Found it in the garage. Used to be on my dads Hudson when he was a teen.
