It's interesting that the pictures posted are at angles. I'd wager a bet that if you see it from the side, there's an alignment issue along the bottom edge of the windows. It's hard to tell, but it looks like almost a once inch difference between the window ledge on the door and the window ledge of the window in the body.... I'd have to have "The Grinch" pinstriped on the trunk...0

In my opinion, very few of the cars with chopped tops look good. It seems that they are mostly always chopped too much and it ruins the proportions of the car. Hey, maybe the factory dersigners DID know what they were doing.0

If he had sectioned the body down to the body lines Spring designed, you can see them on the trunk and hood. That car would have a body in proportion to the lowered roof and would look pretty good in my opinion. You have to fool around with the front and rear floor pans for clearance but I would like to see the result that is more in line with Springs vision.0
