54 Hudson Jet Liner
Hello, I have a chance to buy a 54 Hudson jet twin H four door with some extra body parts. It is an abandonded car without title and hasnt run in years. Front and back glass is good, might need some flat glass. I dont know about interior and rust. I have worked on several Studebakers and put them back on the road as drivers. I would say this is a #5. Any idea what I should offer for it? Thanks Clyde

Rust is going to be your determining factor. If you were to part it out the glass could probably get your money back if it isn't delaminating. As long as you can it at a parts car price.0

The Jet is a good car to rebuild if not too far gone. Is it a jet liner with cont. spare? Some parts are hard to find but not any harder than the Study parts I would think. If all the body and trim parts are there and all the twin H parts it is worth rebuilding. As to what one like this worth it is what ever you are willing to put in it. I like to drive my 54 Jet liner.0

Can you send us a picture of it?? If it is not too rusty save it! Or if it is too bad part it, I might need some parts myself. I gave 800.00 for mine and it was running, but that was the only good thing, it wasn't too rusty, but bad enough. I have a 54 for parts, and I think if you tried to move it, it would break in half. They are a neat little car and fun too drive!!
