1929 Essex Visors
HI,
My Essex coupe has a flat fabric covered visor. I've seen several pictures of 29s on line that have more of a ford model a type visor. Which one is right for the Essex? I bought the car about 22 years ago out of a barn in Kansas. I'm pretty sure it was original. When I took it apart there was a piece of a 1933 newspaper under the seat. It had been in that barn for awhile.
Just curious.
Thanks,
Gary B

Both types are correct! Most coupes had the flat visor, and sedans had the more rounded smaller visor, but I have seen coupes with either, so it probably depends on when you car was made.

Thanks Geoff,
I appreciate your quick response. I haven't actually seen any other Essex vehicles in person. There aren't too many events around here where I live.
Thanks again,
Gary B0
