Strip Aluminum Threads ?

Whats the best kit to use to insert new threads in Aluminum ? Would like to buy a "GOOD" kit that has all of what is needed. Thanks, Ron

    helei-coil kits will work for low torque fasteners and are easy to find. time sert kits better for higher torque loads, get at mcmaster carr or grainger.

    There is also an epoxy thread repair kit. You flush the hole out, fill it with the epoxy, coat your bolt with special release agent and screw it in and wait for the epoxy to set. Excellent for blind holes.
