Mike, Thanks for coming over today and lending a
hand!
Maybe this is nothing too exciting...but with Mike(WA)'s help today we got the front sheet metal clip blown off the 50 Super in a couple of hours
Now I've got full access to do the Pridemore disk brakes, automatic tranmission adapter, twin-h install, and 12v addition (for the new starter - probably not a conversion...) Is anyone interested in the Supermatic Parts or a Radiator?

Aaron - I sent you a PM...0 -
Any progress is good progress! I spent a couple hours under the dash of my Jet Tuesday. On my next day off, I plan on installing my new windlace. I ended up buying the plain 1/2" rubber cord and putting on my own vinyl for a good match, rather than trying to find the right one through a vendor.0

A good time was had by all, I think. Nice to get out and meet the folks, and skin a knuckle or two. Never saw anything as diabolical as that Supermatic!
Rambo Report: I kind of expected to find Rambo to be aging and infirm, what with all of his health "issues" - but he was frolicking around like a pup! Seems to be doing great, and he's a real sweetheart, to boot. Very helpful in the shop, and I missed him after Dan had to lock him out after draining the antifreeze (threby creating a doggy biohazard).
The whole thing got me psyched to get the OD working in my car, so its more practical to get out on the road this summer. Enjoyed the day, Dan (and Rambo).

Must be that time of year for us Hudson people , I got some spare time to spend on the Hornet, so Ipulled the front clip off too, I dont want to get it to far apart at this point , I'll get the engine ,trans, ect and the front end rebuilt , and underside painted for now - yeh I know I need to get rid of that Rat Rod look0

That's awesome, everybody. Keep up the good Hudson work!:)0

I think i'd lose the hot pink around the windows, otherwise it's cool.
I guess it is the season, got a little work done on my 47 truck this weekend. Maybe I'll have the brakes done by the end of the month.
Dan, glad to see forward progress. Hope to hear about your first drive in it soon
