Electric hand removal

The rounded left-hand end piece is threaded on. Isn't there a pair of slightly indented flat spots on that piece, so you can put a large wrench on it? If not, try a common rubber kitchen gadget for getting jar lids off. Inside that end piece there's a nut that holds the main housing to the steering column.0

For more info on the Electric Hand check out Gregg Maroney's site @:

I put together, from several sources - mostly Hudson, a technical handbook on the 1935-1938 Electric Hand.
It's in the 1935 group under 1935-1938 Electric Hand Transmission Control.
