    With out the crank and water pump double pulleys and a 54 water pump for this set up you are in trouble. Locate these items first unless you intend to buy and then resell. Figure on spending $500.00 or more to rebuild pump and ram cylinder. Walt.

    Yes. but you need the 54 water pump, the double water pump pulley and the double crankshaft balancer. Walt.

    Yes, you may have to do a little fabrication to mount the steering stops, otherwise you are good to go. Soon I expect to have a pump.original hoses,mounting bracket, harmonic balancer and waterpump pully on eBay. I need to pressure test the pump.. Will post as soon as I get time to do the work.;)

    The double pulley is longer so the shaft has to extend further out. Walt.

    The fan mounting flange is pressed on just a little bit forward of the original position, I don't recall the difference at the moment. I think a few washers under the pulley would suffice. Dave Kostansik can sell you one that is correct. I have an old original one that actually has a longer shaft, but I really don't think that is necessary.;)

    54 thru 56 engines had the longer water pump. There are plenty out there
