My 48 Motors Manual lists the tension for the 47 and other 212's @ 40 lbs. ft.

YUP, 40 it is and you want to retorque as soon as it warms up useing a circular pattern from the center out and keep doing it untill they hold at 40 LBS . It will take several passes . DO NOT OVER TORQUE , those old studs break pretty easy . BUD0
