'34-35 H /T Division bar rubber

Am rechroming and reassembling the disappearing vent window assembly in my '34 Terraplane convertible. Installing the K-GAP /Metro rubber gasket around the vent window "C" shape. That leaves the vertical division bar which originally had a sort of "L" shaped rubber. Was it glued in? What has anyone else used to replace this original rubber? Source? Thanks!

Did Metro not include the 'h' gasket along with the "C" molded channel?
When I worked with Metro (maybe 35 years ago) to reproduce the "C" molded channel for the convertibles I found a small company to extrude some of the "h" for me. I would have to rummage through boxes of stuff to see if I have any of these left....but right now I'm packing the Terraplane to leave for the National in the AM. Shoot me an e-mail if you don't find anything, and maybe I can find some of the h channel when I get home. HETdetailed@verizon.net (drop the HET before mailing).

PS - you might want to post this in the "Hudson" forum, it's presently in the "All Makes" forum.0 -
If it is an H-shaped rubber then I wouldn't recognize it if I had it. The gaskets were bought decades ago and came with the car in the "misc. parts" box.
Is there a way to change forum locations or do I just start from scratch reposting the original text?
