Need help removing lock cylinder - 1939

I have a 39 Hudson series 91 and need to remove the ignition lock cylinder.

Most of the key is still in the cylinder, and I have the remainder of the key.

The broken stub of the key can be used to turn the ignition onand off. If I

had the cylinder out I think I might be able to remove the remainder of the

key. The appears to be an extra ignition key to be used if I can remove the stub. Thanks for any advise you can give.
