1934 Hudson/Terraplane Tear Drop Horn Screen
I have been fortunate to locate, what I believe, is an original tear drop horn with "grill" insect screen intact.  I would like to remove the screen and get some laser cut.  My problems is - how to remove it with damaging the screen?
Before I tackle it, does anyone have suggestions on how to remove the screen?

May be not 1934 but definitely 1936.

These reproduction horns are identical to those that came on my '33 KT. They have screens. I am looking for advice on how to tune these horns to a musical interval. Any help?

I have had success in removing the grill screen - three golf balls behind the screen and a bit of pressure and it popped out without distorting the grill screen.
This is what the screen looks like out.
