6v flasher

I have to replace the flasher on my 54 Hornet. Are these flashers polar sensitive? Do I need a 6v positive flasher, or will any 6v flasher work?

  Any 6v flasher should work. I think they make 2 and 3 prong ones if i remember correctly..

  Not Polar sensitive.
