Dermott, I did see that car-- it belongs to Harold Hudson, I just bought a spare split rim from him. It is green with black fenders, the reverse colors of mine. Green is a bit different shade though. He has his spokes varnished, not original to '29 Hudsons, but a nice look, and the split rims and lugs are silver. Geoff, I've seen a picture of your 29 7pass. Sedan on Lew Phelps' website. That's a beautiful car, and if I didn't have all my discretionary income tied up in new projects right now I'd make you an offer on it. I see where you're coming from with the silver split rims. While our Town Sedan is still "barn fresh", I did hastily paint the wheels to make it look a little better. I did them Hudson Blue (close to it anyway) with silver split rims. The car is all black at the moment, but should be Hudson Blue with black fenders and belt. Been threatening to paint the split rims on the green one silver. Hmmm.....0
