You should definitley drain the clutch and put some new fluid in it. Make sure to use the right amount. Have you checked your timing? I am still working the bugs out of my '36T after a complet restoration. I finally have fixed my timing problem, it was back firing and dying every time I stopped. Now it seems to run OK.0

Could be the carb float is set too high. Try lowering it 1/8 inch.0
