BAck the nut off flat against the rod. Heat with a torch the head of the shaft . Hit the back of the nut with a hammer. Short quick jolts. Without heat it wont move well.0

Second: Will a propane torch be hot enough? I do not own an Oxy/Actel system.
Third: Proper tip for the torch is a "Rose" tip, correct?0
