Walt, if they have trouble, I'd suggest you take a 1921 Hudson Owners Manual with you to the hospital so they'll be able to find out where to "tune you up", LOL.

Walt, on my first visit to a National last year at Gettysburg, my main goal was to meet you. I read you here with great interest, same thing in the WTN. I wish you a 100% quick recovery cause I want to be sure I meet you in San Mateo next July. Thanks again for all your good advice. Michel
  • I am sorry I had to miss Gettyburg, but the wife's doc said no long trips for the time being, and she comes first. A back problem. If I am able to walk again with out pain, I'll be there, as wife and I are on the board that is doing all the planning. Let me tell you, it's a hard job. I'll be with my 53 and some parts to sell. I have 10 standing orders from people that want to buy my car when I stop driving it, which I hope is a long time wait. Walt.

  • I just got the news that my surgery that I had will take 2 full months to recover. My knees are ok so that will cut the recovery time from 3 to 2 months. 3 weeks in the nursing home and the rest at home. Walt

    Walt.
Take it easy, follow Doc's Orders, and stay out of the Garage for awhile when back home......Use the down time to come up with another Inovation....

Maybe the national meet planners can come up with an ambulance to haul you over to the National and get you a wheel chair to get around in!!!
Hey, get better quick and listen to your doctors.

  • You will have pretty nurses and physical therapists to keep you motivated and time will go by much quicker. Speedy recovery.

  • Randy, you are correct, a lot of good looking chicks running around here and they sure keep the eyes busy. Walt
