Looking for a 1953 Jet exhaust manifold and the heat exchanger (single barrel).

If its still bolted together and not cracked I advise installing as it is. The chances are if you seperate them one will crack .I have lost several that way that probably would have been good for some time if I had left well enough alone and installed as a unit,

I will keep that info in mind, thank you Roger. Reminds me of working on Ford Model T exhausts; they have a bad habit of sagging badly if not kept tightened down. You would have loved the jig that my friend designed to straighten those manifolds, lots of fun.0
