    36's had suicide doors from the factory. Last year (for front doors).

    That is correct, they are all suicide already!
    Just the latches is what I want to change (improve).
    But hey, I still love looking at your work!

    Ok.
    As for the skirts. Keep in mind it usually takes me a couple of weeks to get to a point where I can do them. Also, there are two different kinds, and a price difference between the two. :)
