Did you also notice that it appears to be RHD? Also, is that a cowl light on top of the cowl on the passenger side, or is it a fuel filler cap? I was thinking with the golf door, rumbleseat and probably spare in the rear (as it doesn't have sidemounts), that the gas tank might be mounted inside the cowl and be gravity fed?0 -
I still like the look of the white one, but the fenders on the '28 and '29 are 1000x nicer (and sexier) than the earlier fenders.0

Russell, the white one has cowl lights on top of the cowl.
That green car might be Murphy design, not Murphy body. They never built a '28. Only one of each body style in '27.0 -
RL - right, good eyes, it is RHD! That means it was sold to export to England most likely SO reason we've never seen it is, it AIN'T here but overseas!??!!?!?
I agree with Bent, cowl lights on cowl.
Murphy did build some bodies for Hudson, see Butler pps. 115-116 inc. long w.b. limo.0 -
