Easiest is a 48-52 Hudson 8. They are all the same so they will drop in and use any of your parts. Any 48-54 232-262-308 6 cyl will drop in but you'll need more than just a good block. a 55 or 56 308 will go in with a crank spacer, the parts needed for an earlier 6 plus the mounting plates at each end of the block.
