As the title says I'm looking for the cowl light bracket for the passenger side for a 1929 Essex.

    You may want to check eBay.  There have been some 28 Essex cowl light and brackets on there for some time.  They may what you need.  I have found there are many parts that interchange on either side of the year I am looking for.

    29 are one year only. Do you need right or left, as referenced from the driver's seat? Passenger side can vary, depending on what country you live in.

    On kijiji in London  area Ontario Canada  there is a pair for sale. Type in Essex  and go through.  They will show up.  Brackets and lights.  28/29  not sure look right

    What is different  about  28    or 9  just wondering

    '28 are brass with screws through, '29 are smaller curved die-cast with studs.
