Guide Fog lamp

My 51 Hornet has guide fog lamps and the sealed beam looks like this. Has anyone seen these types of sealed beams and know where I can get a replacement.

It Will Be Hard To Find This Item. Unless You Come Up With New Old Stock, They Havent Made These For 50 Years. What Is The Diameter Of Lens??? You Can Buy The Modern Two Wire Connector Sealed Beam Lens To Replace Yours

They are 5inch Lens. I was thinking I would get two wire and just rewire the connectors in the lamps. Thought I should check before I did for anyone knowing a supplier. Thinking I am out of luck for these type.
