It sounds like you need to join the UK Railton Owners Club as well as the HET.
The ROC has many European members and a members parts scheme - which includes valves.0 -

Soups rectified and run.- New original NOS spring. Does anyone know the procedure for adjusting hot valves? 0.15 AND 0.20MM HOT

Easiest way to get them exactly right is to start with No. 1 exhaust valve up, and adjust No. 8 exh. Then wind engine over 1/4 turn so No. 6 exh up, so adjust No. 3, and so on 1 6 2 5 8 3 7 4, each time adjusting the opposite number front and back. then go back to No. 1 inlet and follow same procedure. Inlet .006 and exh .0080
