Rear Fenders
Anyone have a pair of rear fenders for a 1929 Essex Challenger? I'm in the midwest.

To be helpful, what body style do you have?
fenders for the coupe/ roadster / 2 door & short 4 door / and the larger ( longer body ) 4 door are all different.

I have a 4 door Challenger Sedan

Good, a 4 door body
Now the two 4 door bodies are different.
The regular 4 door body has two windows one in each door on one side of car. The fenders are a little wider at top of fender.
`The longer 4 door body has a third window on side, in rear quarter. The fenders are a little narrower at top of fender. In addition, the ribbed panel covering gas tank on this longer body appears shorter and there is about 4 inches from spare tire to body.
the larger body narrower fender could be modified to work on the other body. to keep wheel opening vertical.

Based upon your description, then the 2 door and 4 door body, car fenders are likely the most easily found.
There has been a person selling various Essex 2 parts on Ebay and I think Facebook.
