Most of the major systems are good, and the car is on the road!

The center antanna wasn't making good contact with the radio, so I finally got it apart. Now that it's apart, of course I'm wanting to replace the weather seal. The plastic roof lining interface was damaged when I took the antenna off. Not really enough room to get a 1/2 inch deep socket up in there without hurting the plastic unfortunately. Some of the chrome is kind of shot too.

Does anyone make a nice looking replacement antenna assembly, or some of the plastic parts for an original setup?

Thanks;

-Chris

    Contact Joe Stinnett in FL. He has repro replacement parts.
  • You have to use a thinwall deep socket for the nut inside the plastic housing. I tried several before I borrowed one from a Hudson friend.
