need rear motor mounts, 55 Hash

I need the rear motor mounts for a 55 Hash Hydra-matic, the ones that go into the bell housing. Bill A tried to help me but all he had were step down mounts and they don't have long enough bolts to go through the bell housing. On the Hash there is a long bolt in each mount the threads into the bell housing, the step downs have smaller diameter studs that aren't long enough. The trans is being rebuilt now, what a mess but luckily Fred has rounded up all the necessary parts except for the rear mounts. Who sells these things?

I think you have to contact Paul Schuster. He is PAULARGETYPE on the board here. He is the 55-57 hudson guru. I think he either rebuilds the mounts, or has a source that can recondition the originals. I do not know of any other source.

You might want to contact Steele Rubber Products. They have a rear trans mount for $44.40. They also do revulcanizing.
