Yes Dave, there are two at each mounting bolt hole for a total of 8. The original isolators have inserts made of brass to keep them from collapsing when tightened.0 -

Hi Ken,
I am referrring to the big center bolt that mounts the support to the chassis. Is there one there?0 -

The Parts book does not call out a rubber pad for the radiator channel. I recall a single bolt through the channel assembly to which the radiator mounts. The parts book does call out a channel to bracket pad which is coded as required. My original comment about the 8 rubber grommets to isolate the radiator is my experience , but the book calls out 4 grommets one for each bracket and ferrules for each mounting bolt to keep the grommets from collapsing.0 -

Well, that explains why I can't find it! Thanks Ken.0 -
I just removed a core support from a 1951 and there were two (professionally) cut 3"x3" x aprx 3/8" rubber pcs (resembling a tire sidewall) on top of each other with a hole in the center for the bolt.
Whether they are original or not is unknown.0 -
I just pulled apart a 54 and found the same thing. A square of what looked like tire with hole through.0

Wether they are original or not is unknown.
Everyone that I have taken apart had tire sidewall material as a cushion for the core support.0 -

Guess the as required material is the tire sidewall type cushion? I looked through my disassembly pictures, but could not find one to help you. Thanks to the others who knew what the as required was...0 -
Thanks to all that responded. I took the sheet metal off some time ago, and wasn't sure if something isolated the two components. Sounds like a simple enough piece to make if the original does not turn up.0

Think of it as a shim. Since the front of the front fenders are hung on the core support. That cushion helps set the proper level to align the front clip.0
