Bias Ply Install

I am replacing the bias ply tires on my 1952 Hornet. I already acquired the Goodyear Super cushion Wide White Walls. The shop I took it to deals with classic cars and they are having trouble getting the bead to set. I am reluctant to go to a tire shop because I am not confident they can balance or not scuff the white walls. I am in northern Virginia. Any recommendations of a shop to go to foR this?

    I had a similar experience with the Super Cushions on my 53 Hornet. The shop I went to had to use safety tubes to get them on.

    I am in southern VA but I went to my local tire shop and they did a good job. Hopefully the blue protectant is still on the white and if they are careful should not be a problem.
