first off all sorry for my bad english...im am swedish female
anyone who got pictures of this modell... they say its a 1939 hudson modell 90 2 dorr sedan????
cant finde any on the web...
and any ide of price
hardley no rust and quite god interior.....

This was called the Hudson "112" model. It was the lower-priced Hudson for 1938 and 1939. It replaced the "Terraplane" as Hudson's lower-priced car in 1938. The body is basicly the same as a Hudson's, but it has a shorter wheelbase and a less-powerful engine.

annnakarin, do you know the Svenska Hudsonklubben? http://www.hudsonsweden.org/index.html You should talk to someone in the Club, they would have a better idea of the value of this car in Sweden. We would be guessing at the value in America....it's not the same!0

I'd like to see some more photos to get a better idea of the overall condition of the car BUT if I had the funds available then I'd seriously consider paying around $3,000 for the car on the basis that it looks solid and restorable.
These old things seem to be getting harder to find so I'd say go for it and enjoy bringing it back to life.0 -

I agree, if it is all there (no parts missing), the fenders are not dented much, the body does not have a lot of rust, and the car runs....then this would be well worth $3,000 in the U.S. Or, at least it would have been, before the current economic slowdown, LOL!0

If the car is in the condition that you describe than it is well worth the asking price. From the picture you posted it appears to have all the trim that it should have, including the chrome strip that runs down the center of the grill (that piece is missing on many 112's). From what can be seen in the picture, the grill looks like it is in good condition. Just ask Rick (46 HudsonPU) how difficult they are to find! LOL

now is the car mine and i drive it today
the engine runs very nice but the tre speed transmission is a litle bit
strange to drive i think the clutch is to need a rebuilt maby
its not slipping but its hard to get the gears in
is there some trick to do with the gears on this old car when you drive it

Annakarin, good news that you now own the car. Welcome to the world of Hudson. You probably need to flush the old clutch oil and replace with new. The clutch is the wet type that needs Hudsonite a clutch fluid. Where in Sweden are you? you may be near my friend Roland and he has Hudsons and give you some advice.0

Yes, your chassis number 9043721 proves that you have a 1939 Hudson "112" model. It is impossible to determine, by the number, which body type you have. Hudson did product "utility coach" in 1939. I think that the rear seat was removable so that large objects could be loaded into the car through the trunk ("boot"?) in much the same way as in a modern hatchback automobile.
No further information is possible from the chassis number. The original records and data from the Hudson company was destroyed many years ago so it is not possible to know how many of the utility coaches were manufactured.
We do know that in 1939, Hudson manufactured 640 "commercial" automobiles. All of these would have been model "112"s like your car, but some of them would have been "utility coaches", some would have been pickup trucks, others would have been delivery trucks, or station wagons, or other models. There is no way to know the actual production numbers of each body style.0 -
thank you for the answeres the car is sold new in sweden by a company
the back seat is remowable and the car is registed for 1 person
on the head lamp its stand export and the speedometer is in kilometer per hour

your car was assembled at this Swedish Hudson plant which operated from 37-39. The cars were assembled here with export lights and km speedo. This picture was sent to me from the Swedish Hudson club.
